TOGU Balanza

Stabilisation and coordination training for sports enthusiasts and competitive athletes in a new challenging dimension. With the TOGU® Balanza® - made in Germany - a whole body training can be carried out on several levels.

Under the specially developed plate there is an extremely robust air-filled ball, which, due to its dynamic instability, additionally activates the control of the stabilizing muscle groups of all joints up to the depth. In contrast to the conventional therapy gyroscope, the base is floating due to the special construction.

This allows a multidimensional shift during training. Suitable for stabilisation and coordination exercises in standing position with and without additional equipment. In addition, the laterally mounted interventions allow for excellent whole-body stabilisation exercises in the support and new training stimuli can be set.
