How do I place an order online?
Please go to our home page > click shop now > select products collections > select product of your choice > select the size /or color of the product > select quantity > select buy it now > fill-in your contact information and shipping address > click continue to shipping > select shipping method > click continue to payment > select your choice of payment > enter payment information > click complete order.
What if I can't find what I'm looking for on the website?

When will my order be shipped?
We fulfill all orders received before 12:00 pm the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm will be shipped the next day.
How will my order be shipped?
Your orders are shipped by our courier partners using surface transport.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our goal is to deliver all orders within 2-3 working days, subject to your location. In some rare cases, it may take a little longer. You will be notified by email and sms if there's a delay with your order.
Will I get notified about the order delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the delivery method and tracking information.
How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive the tracking information by email.
Can I pickup my order from your store?
You are welcome to pick up your order from our store during working hours. Please make sure you bring/show a copy of the order confirmation you received by email.

We are open from Monday through Friday between 9:00 -17:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 -14:00.

What is your return policy?
