Shipping policy
UAE Deliveries
Our goal is to deliver all UAE orders within 2-3 working days, subject to product availability. On some occasions, it can take a little longer. Customers will be notified by email/telephone if there's a delay with their order.
Standard shipping and handling within the UAE is FREE for all orders above AED 500.
Flat Shipping Rate
All UAE orders below AED 500 will be subject to additional delivery charges of AED 30 per delivery.
Pickup from Store
Alternatively, you are welcome to our store to pick up the order yourself. Please make sure you bring/show a copy of the order confirmation you received by email.

Overseas DeliveriesWe currently ship our orders to Arabian Gulf countries. (Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia).
If you wish to order from Arabian Gulf countries, please send us an email request to support@physiomart.ae with the list of products you wish to purchase.
We shall then send you a proforma invoice for the value of the goods plus estimated shipping charges. Orders will be processed only upon written approval from you. You will be notified by email on the confirmation of order.
Additional shipping & handling charges apply to all overseas orders. Shipping and handling charges for overseas orders are calculated based on the weight & dimension of the order and the delivery location.
Overseas orders are processed within 2 working days, subject to product availability. It may take 5-10 days to deliver the goods depending on your location, mode of shipment and customs formalities.
Kindly note that all overseas orders must be paid full in advance before shipping.
