What does the application do?

How does it work?
The Senso Balance hedgehog is delivered as a set of 2 together with exercise instructions. It can be used in numerous ways as an unstable base for one-legged standing, four-legged standing or as part of a parcours. The air filling and the curvature create a "shaky" surface.
